...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in South
Black Creek At Quinby affecting Florence and Darlington Counties.
...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in South
Waccamaw At Conway affecting Horry County.
Black At Kingstree affecting Williamsburg County.
For the Waccamaw River...including Above Conway, Conway, Aiw At old
Hwy 544 At Socastee, Freeland, Longs...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Black River...including Kingstree...Moderate flooding is
...The Flood Warning is now in effect until early Wednesday
The Flood Warning continues for
the Waccamaw At Conway.
* Until Wednesday afternoon.
* At 8:15 PM EDT Monday the stage was 11.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:15 PM EDT Monday was 11.2 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
Wednesday morning and continue falling to 10.0 feet Saturday
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, Water will begin to cause minor flooding of
yards and a few roads in the Lees Landing, Pitch Landing, Savannah
Bluff, and Riverfront South communities. Overflow of vast
uninhabited swamp and natural boat landings will occur.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
